Corrdesa Highlights Advanced On-Aircraft Repair Solutions at AFCPCO TIM 2025

Corrdesa LLC presented and exhibited its innovative non-drip electrolytic repair system technology during the AFCPCO Corrosion and Non-Chrome Technical Interchange Meeting 2025 in San Antonio, TX.

The presentation by Siva Palani highlighted Corrdesa’s Ground Support Equipment (GSE), a comprehensive “portable plating shop” engineered for the on-aircraft repair and replacement of inorganic corrosion-control coatings. This robust, non-drip system is specifically designed for use in demanding operational environments, including the flight line and carrier deck. It facilitates a range of essential processes such as coating and corrosion stripping, electroplating, anodizing, and conversion coating.

Key advantages of the Corrdesa system include enhanced technician safety and prevention of workspace contamination due to its non-drip design. Furthermore, the technology enables efficient, large-area repairs with minimal preparation and cleanup requirements. Its effectiveness is demonstrated through successful deployment across various military platforms, including F-35, P-8, and U-2.

Corrdesa valued the opportunity to engage with industry leaders at the AFCPCO Technical Interchange Meeting, contributing to the ongoing advancement of corrosion prevention and non-chrome solutions for critical aerospace assets.
